Receptionist (Finance Management).

Our client, a significant and prestigious investment management firm based in Central Londonrequires a Receptionist to start ASAP in their corporate head office.


The main duties of the Receptionist are:


First point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm yet professional welcome
Answer the main switchboard in a polished manner
Assisting colleagues with queries and administration tasks
Ensure reception area is clean and tidy at all times
Manage and booking meeting rooms
Coordinate car park bookings and liaise with building security
Distribution of post inwards and out going
Daily coordination of visitor/staff access lists
Manage and co-ordinate access pass records and distribution for staff and contractors
Coordinate the booking of couriers and taxis and maintain records
Assist with checking invoices from suppliers
Booking travel, hotels, restaurants as necessary
Receiving deliveries
Other administrative tasks as requested


Skills and requirements


Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
Experience in a similar role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
Well presented, professional and discreet
Strong team player, with can do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Clear, confident and polite telephone manner
Be a reliable and visible member of the team
Highly organised, diligent and accurate
Good organisation and time management skills
Strong attention to detail.
