Project Officer (Memberships).

Our client, a high profile not for profit Membership body needs a temporary Project Officer within the Education and Training team to start ASAP. This role is for 3 months initially. If you love animals, this is a great opportunity for you! Our client is Central London based and is working in a hybrid model.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support and contribute to the development of Academy online learning resources
  • Coordinate the pre-production of films and other projects as required, including the development of storyboards and scripting
  • Oversee copyright due diligence and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and liaise with all contributors to project development including speakers & filming crew, participants etc.
  • Ensure all pre-production approvals are secured across the relevant committees & depts as required
  • Organise, coordinate, attend and oversee the smooth running of filming days
  • Coordinate and conduct post-production reviews of filming outputs to ensure quality and consistency
  • Coordinate and ensure that learning resources are launched in a timely manner
  • Support content updates as required
  • Support the development of project briefs and quotes as required
  • Provide regular project updates to the Manager and Committees as required
  • Review and evaluate project processes and content for continuous improvement
  • Achieve the Key Performance Indicators with respect to the relevant project/s

Person specification and skills:

  • Experience of working in a creative role, pre and post production of film content creation and scripting/storyboard development
  • Strong IT skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to organise own workload and prioritize a varied and demanding workload
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels
  • Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively
  • Methodical working approach with a good eye for detail
  • Flexible and willing approach with a positive attitude to deadlines
