Office Administrator (Luxury Retail).

Our client a Luxury Retail Company based in London is looking to for an Office Administrator. This is a 2-week temp assignment to cover holidays and is due to start at the 25 May.

The main duties of the Office Administrator role are:

Taking and processing email and phone orders 
Invoicing shipped orders
Answering and assisting with customer queries 
Providing advice on items stock levels  
Taking card payments
Liaising with the warehouse 
Providing tracking and pricing information 
Looking up previous order history
Sending a daily sales report
General administration and other ad hoc duties

Skills and experience

Customer service orientated
Good administration skills and computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software packages as required. 
Experience with MS NAV/BC13 advantageous but not essential
Ability to work to own initiative, with attention to detail
Quick to learn new tasks, with flexibility to adapt to changing demand
Good communication skills
Be energetic & positive with a ‘can do’ attitude towards customers at all times
Solve customer queries/issues quickly
