HR Officer.
Specialist Company, Permanent role, Central London
Our client, a specialist company based in London is looking for a motivated HR Officer to support rapid growth within the company to. This is a senior role that will recruit, support and develop talent.
The HR Officer will :
- Support and develop the existing HR team
- Provide Generalist HR knowledge and experience
- Flex a strong knowledge of employment law
- Set up and follow best practice within the organisation
- Record and process confidential data
- Liaise and collaborate with senior management to deliver the companies ambitious expansion strategy
Skills and experience
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in HR
- Experience in managing projects independently and meeting deadlines
- Have an active interest in learning & development
- Passion for organisational culture
- Keen on team building and development
- Have strong ethics and be reliable
- A clear thinker and strong communicator with experience liaising directly with clients
- Ability to multitask with excellent organisational and logistical skills
- Extremely focused and detail orientated
- Confident about building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
