CRM Project Manager.

Our client, a heritage organisation based in London is looking for a strong, proactive Project Manager to start ASAP.  The key objective is to project manager, oversee and deliver the CRM development programme, ensuring the defined objectives are monitored and achieved. This is a 6-9 months part-time temp role working 3 days per week

The main duties of the CRM Project Manager role are: 

Manage project timeframe and deliverables

  • Working with developer and internal project team to map out and publish key milestones in programme delivery
  • Organising the appropriate order of delivery and allocated timeframe for each stage
  • Working with the key teams within the organisation to identify required outputs for reports, KPI’s and Dashboards, working with developers
  • Incorporate learnings from each project stage into the next stage to develop cycle of continuous improvement
  • Remain flexible and creative with the ability to recommend alternative approaches to delivery in order to keep to timeline

Programme delivery 

  • To organise short team led sprints comprising of  
    • Shows and tell
  • UAT testing
  • Stage sign off
  • Data migration
  • KPI led Dashboard and reporting output finalisation
  • Process driven guides
  • Book of appropriate times in calendars for above, liaising with departments to co-ordinate activity
  • Enable appropriate engagement from teams to ensure stage sign off has resulted from robust interaction with the development
  • Creation of training materials and documentation

Record keeping and reporting

  • Manage time, cost and quality throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage supplier invoicing and payments to agreed schedule 
  • To collate information for regular reports and updates to Directorate leads
  • Manage and track the data migration phase in conjunction with internal teams and developers, to ensure it complies with Data policies and compliance (e.g. GDPR)

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills with a track record of project delivery 
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships 
  • Capacity for problem solving and influencing performance improvements 
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge and experience of using databases, CRM packages and Microsoft Excel 
  • High professional standard of interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks, managing a range of deadlines 
  • A keen eye for details 
  • A self-starter with an operational can-do ability and comfort working autonomously
