Corporate Receptionist (Canary Wharf).

Our client, a leading management consultancy, requires a corporate receptionist to start ASAP. This is atemporary role covering odd days over a two-week period.  You need to be immediately available!

Main duties of a Corporate Receptionist role are:

Maintaining a professional and polished front of house
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Booking meeting rooms, equipment and catering
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Undertaking administrative work when required

The successful candidate will have previous front of house experience ideally with a corporate background. If you have first aid experience that would be a distinct advantage. You need to be professional and well presented, have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, be able to use your own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.  You will be an organised, tech savvy individual, be a great team player and have good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
