Administrator (Conferences).

Our client an International Membership organisation based in Central London is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrator to start ASAP. You will be supporting the Conference team with administration and registration data input for specialist conferences each year.
Please note that some flexibility is required as there will be long working hours when on-site at Conferences.
The main duties of the Administrator role are:
- Provide general administration support
- Database administration
- Deal with incoming calls, emails regarding registration and general conference queries
- Set up conferences on database and input fees, deadline dates
- Produce and distribute registration reports and updates
- Assistance on-site at conferences – abroad and within the UK
- Assist with the administration for annual conferences
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be required by the Director from time to time
Skills and experience
- Have a background in administration
- Previous work experience in an administrative role preferably within an event/conference/hotel
- A good telephone manner and the ability to deal with people of different nationalities
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate and have good working knowledge of packages eg. Word, Excel, Outlook and Databases
- Accurate inputting skills
- Have a helpful, friendly, positive, flexible attitude and customer focused.
- Good times management/organisation and flexible attitude
