Our client, is a specialist within its field, organising and managing regular safety assessments for their clients, requires an Administrator to start ASAP

The main duties of the Administrator are:

  • Assisting with managing the contracts, assigning work to Surveyors, coordinating logistics
  • Managing large amounts of data, using Excel
  • Sorting high volumes of data
  • Producing excel reports
  • Supporting the department’s smooth running
  • Other ad hoc duties.

Skills required:

  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookup and Pivots etc)
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness and hunger to learn and develop
  • Able to work flexibly
  • The proven ability to work independently
  • Competency and confidence with MS PowerPoint and Word

The successful candidate will have proven experience working with excel, an all-rounder who can assist with all admin related duties, proactive and someone who has experience working with clients/customers directly, a willingness to develop and be able to turn their hand to many skills.   You will have excellent attention to detail, an ability to handle large data sets and confidence on all MS Office Packages.   A strong communicator and enthusiastic demeanour are essential.
