We are proud to say that we are a London Living Wage Employer. What this means to all of our temporary candidates,  is that they will be paid a wage over and above the national minimum wage. We believe that paying everyone a living wage is a fundamental human right. At Val Wade Recruitment we increase the rate of minnimum pay every year in accordance with rate set by the Living Wage Foundation.
