At Val Wade we are committed to ensuring that the workplace is as inclusive as possible. We have been conducting research into how we can help achieve this. Based on the results of the latest survey we conducted, we will be implementing some changes and monitoring the impact over time. We will be doing our bit to make ours and our clients’ workplace more diverse and fairer.
