Recruitment Administrator.

Our client, a renowned international law firm based in the City of London, requires a Recruitment Administrator to start ASAP.

The main duties are:

  • Scheduling interviews with candidates
  • Managing Team / Office diary
  • Booking meeting room/equipment
  • To administer offer packs
  • Manage pre-employment screening for support staff
  • Setting up new joiner files
  • Prepare bespoke inductions for all new staff
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Meeting/greeting new joiners
  • Preparing induction packs
  • Manage the induction process
  • Ensure P45’s/new starter checklists are received for all new starters
  • Updating vacancies on the firm’s tracking system
  • Management and administration of the firm’s applicant tracking system
  • Responding to speculative applications
  • Maintaining the job offer spreadsheet
  • Booking temporary staff when required
  • Maintaining the HR Databased
  • Processing expenses
  • Supporting the team on recruitment projects
  • Attending internal/external training sessions as required
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

This role would suit someone currently working in Recruitment with 6-12 months experience. You need to have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills and an ability to operate with minimum supervision. You need to be a strong team player, able to use your own initiative, ability to multitask and be effective under pressure. Experience working within a law firm is desirable.
