Client Relations Administrator.

Our client a Training and Development Consultancy based in London requires a Client Relations Administrator to start ASAP.

The main duties are:

  • Proof-reader for all proposals, training and marketing materials and ad hoc literature
  • Liaising with clients, offering the highest degree of customer care in terms of logistics and queries
  • Organising and booking of tailored training in coordination with trainers, sending course forms to clients and ensuring these are returned in a timely manner
  • Assisting trainers, this will include diary coordination, communicating with clients on trainers behalf
  • Updating CMR with client information
  • Ensuring post course webpages are submitted and sent on time
  • Ensuring trainers follow-up with clients
  • Collating references and testimonials
  • Maintaining the client list

The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role. You need to have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, strong relationship building skills, extremely well-organised and a superb multi-tasker. You need to be cheerful, confident, a self-starter, able to hit the ground running, a team player and be highly computer literate (Word, Outlook, Excel).
